Use of Website and Platform

You must not attempt to disrupt the system, gain unauthorized access, copy restricted materials without permission, or use the platform in a misleading or harmful way.

Accounts and Registrations

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for protecting account credentials. IRCM may suspend or restrict access where information is false, misuse is detected, fees remain unpaid, or platform policies are violated.

Programs, Enrollments, and Payments

Course schedules, availability, fees, and delivery methods may change when necessary for operational reasons. Enrollment is subject to availability, admission review where applicable, and payment confirmation. Any refund, reschedule, or transfer is handled according to the terms communicated by IRCM for the relevant program or service.

Certificates and Verification

IRCM certificates are issued according to program completion requirements, assessment outcomes, attendance rules, or authorized manual issuance processes. IRCM may publish certificate verification data online so that employers, clients, and third parties can confirm authenticity. IRCM may correct, cancel, or withhold certificates if records are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or issued in error.

Intellectual Property

Course materials, branding, assessments, documents, images, videos, and platform content remain the property of IRCM or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or reused beyond authorized educational or business use.

Limitation and Changes

IRCM works to keep information accurate and services available, but the website and platform are provided on an as available basis. IRCM may revise content, update policies, or change these terms when needed to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
